Dos Play is free to play. On top of the free decks, you can buy extra decks of cards. These terms explain what you get when you do, and how to get your money back if it is not right for you.
The short version. A deck is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks straight away for both of you, in the app and in a browser linked to your phone. If you bought on the web and change your mind, email us within 30 days for a refund.
Each purchase is a one-time digital unlock of extra cards for the Dos Play games. There is nothing physical to ship and nothing that renews.

Prices on the web are in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. In the app, the App Store shows the price for your country.
A deck belongs to your couple, not to one phone. Once either of you buys it, it unlocks on both of your phones in the app, and in any browser you link from the app (Settings, then Play on a computer). If you buy on the web before linking, link that browser to your phone later and the deck moves over to your couple.
Decks are delivered immediately. On the web, you are sent back to the game after paying and the new cards are ready to play. If a deck does not appear within a few minutes, reload the page or email us and we will sort it out.
Web purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of each purchase and the receipt email Stripe gives us, only to deliver your deck and to help you recover it or get a refund. See the privacy policy for details. Purchases in the app are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.
Web checkout is not offered in every country. Where it is not, you can buy the same decks in the app.
If you bought a deck on the web and you are not happy with it, email adrielconde9@gmail.com within 30 days of the purchase, with the receipt email address or the date of purchase, and we will refund it in full. The deck is locked again once the refund goes through.
Purchases made in the app are refunded by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
None of this limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Everything unlocks every deck and refill available today and every new deck we release while Dos Play is offered, at no extra cost.
We take care to keep the games and your decks working. If a problem on our side stops a deck you bought from working and we cannot fix it, we will refund it.
We may update these terms, for example when new decks arrive. The version shown when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase, and the date at the top always shows the latest change.
